Reconnect is a not-for-profit company that aims to support organisations working with individuals who display high levels of dysfunction in interpersonal relationships, to the extent that they and/or those close to them are at risk of serious harm.

Our aim is to support organisations to provide strong evidence-based services. We do this through

• Increasing and sharing <a href="https://reconnect.org.uk/evidence" data-type="link" data-id="https://reconnect.org.uk/evidence">evidence</a>. We conduct research that adds to the evidence, we summarise existing evidence, and we evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. We also make sure that this knowledge is accessible to services that we support.
• Providing <a href="https://reconnect.org.uk/training">training.</a> We train staff in the knowledge and skills needed for effective service delivery.
• Provividing <a href="http://https;//reconnect.org.uk/support" data-type="link" data-id="https;//reconnect.org.uk/support">support</a> through clinical management, mentoring and supervision to support staff working in specialised services so that they can integrate their learning into their daily work.
